1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 93gl ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 93gl website located at https://93gl.cam and all related services, features, content, and applications offered by 93gl (collectively, the "Service"). 2.2 Account Creation and Verification

Creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings therein.

93gl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, residential address, payment method ownership, and compliance with these Terms. Such documentation may include but is not limited to government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID), utility bills, bank statements, or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 93gl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility, and you shall be liable for all transactions, bets, and activities occurring under your account credentials.

You agree to immediately notify 93gl customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, security breach, or any other security-related concern. 93gl shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures or disclosure of your credentials to third parties.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your 93gl account must originate from payment sources in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 93gl accepts deposits through authorized payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other payment channels as displayed on our platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified for each payment method and may be adjusted at our discretion.

Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases where deposit processing is delayed due to payment provider issues, technical difficulties, or security reviews, 93gl will endeavor to resolve the matter promptly but shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. All deposits are made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your own legal name matching the name on your 93gl account. 93gl reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals, high-value transactions, or where security concerns exist.

Standard withdrawal processing time is between one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours from the time of request approval, subject to completion of all verification requirements. However, 93gl reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews which may extend processing time up to seven (7) business days in exceptional circumstances. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in your account dashboard and may vary depending on your account status and chosen withdrawal method.

3.3 Fees and Charges

93gl does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors, banks, or financial institutions. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method processes transactions in a currency different from Philippine Pesos.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

93gl operates in strict compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before a withdrawal request will be approved. This requirement helps prevent money laundering and ensures compliance with regulatory obligations. In cases where suspicious activity is detected, 93gl reserves the right to freeze accounts, suspend transactions, and report such activity to relevant Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

4.1 Bonus Terms

93gl offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentives to players including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotional page and must be read carefully before claiming. Bonus wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit from bonus offers, exploiting game malfunctions or errors to gain unfair advantage, or any other activity deemed by 93gl to constitute unfair exploitation of promotional offers. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided, accounts suspended or closed, and may be permanently banned from 93gl services.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play Requirements

All players must engage in fair play and gaming activities in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account closure and forfeiture of funds: use of automated betting systems, bots, or software designed to play games automatically; collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage; exploiting game glitches, errors, or malfunctions; engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to manipulate game outcomes; using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions; and any other conduct deemed by 93gl to be unfair, dishonest, or contrary to the spirit of fair gaming.

5.2 Game Integrity

6. Account Suspension, Closure, and Forfeiture

93gl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close player accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions; provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification; use of the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes; breach of payment obligations or chargeback activity; detection of multiple accounts or account sharing; engagement in bonus abuse or promotional fraud; failure to complete identity verification within requested timeframes; receipt of credible reports of problem gambling behavior; or any other conduct deemed detrimental to 93gl operations or other players.

6.2 Consequences of Account Closure

Upon account closure for Terms violations, 93gl reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances. In cases of account closure not related to fraud or Terms violations, legitimate account balances may be returned to the player following completion of verification procedures and deduction of any outstanding fees or charges. Closed accounts may not be reopened, and players whose accounts have been closed for Terms violations are prohibited from creating new 93gl accounts.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 93gl website including text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and all other materials are the property of 93gl or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. 8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

93gl provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 93gl's maximum aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. 9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of 93gl services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. 10. General Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 93gl regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

10.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from 93gl. 93gl may freely assign these Terms and all rights and obligations hereunder to any affiliated entity or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all assets.

10.4 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. 93gl's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10.5 Force Majeure

93gl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, or power outages.
